God,
You said You'll bind up the broken-hearted.
But what about the addicted, God?
What about the defeated?
The broken? The hopeless?
The rejected?
God, You said You'd be a Father to the fatherless.
But what about the motherless, God?
Do You hear them even when they don't call?
Do You care even though they could care less?
Have You given up on them, God?
Please don't.
